Project Manager

Sales, Business Development & Project Delivery

The primary role of the Project Manager is to manage and deliver technical projects to the highest standards of the Company, in terms of quality, cost, and health and safety.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • University degree in management/business or a related subject; or relevant years of industry experience
  • Further qualifications/certifications in Project Management such as PMP, Primavera, etc. would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of technical disciplines
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good computer skills; knowledge of technical plans

Required Experience:

  • Experience in events and events technology 
  • Experience in project management and team leadership
  • High-level understanding of safety and HSE guidelines

Hire Manager

Sales, Business Development & Project Delivery

The primary role of the Hire Manager is to respond to project enquiries and briefs from the Sales Team or directly from clients. She/he will process quotations and proposals in line with the Company's expectations in terms of quality, professionalism and financial objectives.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Technical or business degree; or relevant years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
  • Proficiency in using an asset management software
  • Strong spoken and written English

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event or entertainment technology, warehouse operations, project management, asset management, or substantially similar work
  • Knowledge of the technical principles of operation
  • Meeting deadlines and working under pressure

Project Coordinator

Sales, Business Development & Project Delivery

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing office-based administrative support to the Project Managers. She/he is expected to be aware of the on-going general status of projects that she/he is assisting with and to thereby be in position to respond to related client calls or enquiries as well as to provide the senior management with general information on projects.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree; or relevant years of experience
  • Competency in using MS Office and other computer applications
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in using online production management systems (e.g. Hiretrack)

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role
  • Customer service experience
  • Previous experience in event technology would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of HSE

Department Technician

Video

The Department Technician’s primary role is to provide support to the Head of Video in ensuring the smooth running of the department from all aspects, including, but not limited to: operational requirements, staff training, equipment CAPEX requests and equipment maintenance. She/he shares the same accountability with the HOD in ensuring that the department, at all times, is capable of responding to the operational requirements of the Company and delivering equipment to high standards.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree is preferable; or relevant years of experience
  • Computer skills
  • Good written and spoken English

Required Experience:

  • Experience in events and event technology industry 
  • Knowledge of video equipment would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of safety and HSE guidelines
  • Adequate understanding of an asset management system would be ideal
  • Ability to follow equipment lists to prepare technical equipment leaving the warehouse

Junior Rigger

Rigging

The Junior Rigger prepares, sets up, installs, and/or operates rigging equipment for events, working to achieve the highest standard of service and equipment quality.

Desired Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Formal qualification in rigging; or relevant practical experience
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Valid UAE driver’s license
  • Valid IPAF and PASMA licenses
  • Valid IRATA Rope Access qualification

Required Experience:

  • Understanding of production and events industry
  • Experience in events Rigging
  • Basic understanding of electrical chain hoists and chain hoist control systems
  • Basic understanding of reading technical plans
  • Excellent understanding of safety and HSE guidelines/working at height safe practice
  • Ability to follow equipment lists to prepare technical equipment leaving the warehouse to a high standard
  • Basic fault-finding skills in Rigging
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
